We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your CleanRide Pro, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original or reasonable condition
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
We do not require you to return the item in all cases — contact us and we will assess your situation individually.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at bestcaritems2018@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund
- We will respond within 1–2 business days
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Refunds are processed through Whop, our payment partner. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
5. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the order is confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
